The Stronger

The second of the 3 one act operas is this duo of ladies. The wife and the mistress so I'm sure you can see where the attitude of this piece sits.

With the casting of the shows, a common occurrence I expected was singers playing multiple characters in the first show- but challenge of the second (and third) was having a role double cast. It kept it fresh & interesting though- it I liked seeing how similar but different each person played it.

I got to meet my singers, take measurements & talk a bit about the parts they were doing. I met with the director & I ended up with an inspiration powerpoint & then later a buy list/ powerpoint to keep track of what we needed & our options. Met with director to do our buy list. I provided paperwork for the item pieces for all actors & at the end laundered everything.
